Relaxation

In my Hypnotherapy sessions I use deep relaxation techniques and you might be interested to learn how to relax or calm down quickly.

I am practicing and teaching a few relaxation techniques. Some of them are for physical body, some of them for your mind but all of them are great. They are very powerful tools for self-control. I was trained to use a force of breathing techniques by Shoaling Monks who visited Kiev in 1992, to cure some chronic medical conditions.

You can use my Power/Meditation Card of your choice to support the effect. Each Card has a central point which is visible in a dark room. All you need to do is to concentrate on this central point while relaxing or meditate, and you will get into the relaxation or slight trance state very quickly.
